We have an expanding client base that are located throughout the UK, including small and medium sized companies, and business startups. Working with companies who want to be the best on their field. By optimising internal and external relationships, employing effective strategic direction and increasing profitability. The company is managed by Linda Merrills who has worked within the Business Services and Coaching industry for many years. Linda is in a perfect position to manage the business, having previously worked for a broad range of small and medium sized companies including a number of business startups.

Time Allocation

Our coach
Linda is an experienced, intelligent and resourceful coach with qualifications and Master Certification in Life Coaching, Business and Executive Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and TimeLine™ Therapy. Her niche is business coaching focussing on communication.

Linda also holds qualifications in Law and Business and advanced certificates in Marketing and Communications.

Prior to becoming a coach Linda worked in varied business environments from IT to travel, and car retail to web development. Working in such diverse markets provides invaluable experience and awareness of the challenges businesses encounter. Linda became a coach to pursue her love of interacting with people in a structured manner with the main intention of improving lives and business. Linda is easy to talk to and yet challenges her clients to realise their full potential.
